But, that’s not what you really want to hear about, is it? We got new pictures!!
Of course, we were already in love, but seeing that smile just about melted our hearts! These are the first pictures we have of her smiling, so needless to say, these pictures made us very happy. In 2 days, we’ll have the real thing! Her days in the orphanage are truly numbered now, and she doesn’t even realize it.
Tomorrow morning we leave Beijing to go to Guangzhou. This is where we will get Sophie and stay for the remainder of our trip.

Can you tell us which province she is from? Our friends who have adopted from China would love to know.
She is so cute! I can't wait to meet her in person!! Glad you get to move the warmer weather now. I am sure we will feel right at home in Beijing and will be loving life in Guangzhou! Can't wait to see her in your arms!

ReplyDelete"Dear Mrs. Pinnow,
You are so lucky! I miss you so much, but are so happy that you are going to bring Sophie home! I thought of you many times when you were on that airplane. I can't wait to see more pictures of your trip. She is so cute! I bet her and Gracie will be best friends.
Love,
Riley
Can't wait to kiss those cheeks. She is so adorable and glad to see that smile too. Now, we can at least take comfort that she was happy but she will be estatic when she gets everybody's love, cover, pillow and parents that love her.
